Russian Justice today announced it was dropping the lawsuits for "sexual harassment" against the former boss of the Yukos oil company, Mikhail Khodorkovsky, according to the judge handling the case cited by Interfax news agency.
"The (...) Meshchansky Court of Moscow has decided not to meet the complaint of Alexander Kuchma against Mikhail Khodorkovsky," said the judge handling the case, which announced the decision today after procedure.
Alexander Kuchma, a former co-owned the former boss of Yukos, who was accused of "homosexual harassment" for acts dating back several years, sought compensation of 500,000 rubles (14,000 dollars) in moral damages.
